Gail Lattrell currently manages a staff of 13 planners and engineers for the FAA New England Airports Division, responsible for implementing an annual airport improvement grants program of over $130 million.  She was formerly the lead planner in the New England Region, Airports Division for three years. She has been with the Airports Division for more than 25 years.  Lattrell has worked on some of the most complex projects and studies in the region, including a number of FAA Headquarters initiatives to identify knowledge required for new employees as well as developing standard operating procedures for planning and training.
 
She is a graduate of Boston University and continues her education through classes in the Program on Negotiation at Harvard University.  She served in the United States Peace Corps on the Island of Mindanao in the Philippines. Lattrell has four children and lives in West Newbury, Massachusetts.
