In an effective officer corps, everyone understands how to contribute in ways that support the chapter outcomes; this teamwork results in success above and beyond what any individual could accomplish alone. This workshop will focus on creating a cohesive officer corps in which each officer is assigned, understands, and values their responsibilities that work towards creating a stronger, well managed chapter.
